I never was a winner
I mostly missed the mark
Nothing much completed
Not a true success

Many projects started
And done with all my might
Work on them from sun to sun
And half way through the night

But then a new adventure
Came into my life
Something more to explore
The way to turn my sight

Just another adventure
To mostly miss the mark
But I'm really not a failure
As I have achieved success

So now the way I see it
I am a great success
The fact that I have tried
More adventures than all the rest
